Changes which are made to Regulations on Federal Agency for Fishery

1. In Item 1:

a) in the paragraph the second to replace the word of "navigation" with the word "swimmings";

b) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"on control (supervision) in the field of fishery and preserving water biological resources in internal waters of the Russian Federation, except for internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, and also the Caspian and Azov seas before determination of their status, to the state supervision of merchant shipping regarding safety of navigation of vessels of the fishery fleet in fishing areas when implementing fishery;";

c) in paragraph four to replace the word of "navigation" with the word "swimmings".

2. Declare subitem 5.5.17 invalid.

3. State subitem 5.5.19 in the following edition:

"5.5.19. acceptance in the procedure for decisions on temporary transfer of the vessel of the fishery fleet established by the legislation of the Russian Federation under flag of foreign state;".

4. State subitem 5.5.27 in the following edition:

"5.5.27. federal state control (supervision) in the field of fishery and preserving water biological resources, except for the water biological resources which are in especially protected natural territories of federal importance and included in the Red List of the Russian Federation;".
