About modification of regulations of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom"

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2011 N 352 "About measures for enhancement of the organization of execution of orders and instructions of the President of the Russian Federation" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the regulations of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2008 N 888 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 49, by the Art. 5833).

Changes which are made to regulations of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom"

1. In Item 1 of the word of "orders of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "orders and instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, orders of the Government of the Russian Federation".

2. To state the name of the Section II in the following edition:

"II. Procedure for execution by Corporation of orders and instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, orders of the Government of the Russian Federation".

3. In Item 13:

a) word in paragraph one of "orders of the President of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "orders and instructions of the President of the Russian Federation";
