Approve the enclosed Regulations on features of award of academic degrees to persons using the data which are the state secret in the works.

1. This Provision determines features of award of academic degrees to persons using the data which are the state secret in the works.
2. To persons using in the works the data which are the state secret academic degree of the doctor of science, the candidate of science it is awarded by council on protection of the theses for degree of the doctor of science, candidate of science containing the data which are the state secret (further respectively - theses, special dissertation council). The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation grants to special dissertation council the right of acceptance of theses and abstracts with security classification of "special importance", "top secret" and "confidentially" for protection.
3. The data which are the state secret join in the thesis and the abstract only when they are necessary for statement of being of dissertation research. Assignment of the corresponding security classification of the thesis and to the abstract is performed according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about the state secret.
