1. Approve the enclosed Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of confectionery".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.

Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of confectionery"

1. General provisions

1. Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of confectionery" (further - Health regulations) are intended for the physical persons and legal entities which are engaged in the business activity connected with designing, construction, reconstruction, repair and operation of facilities for production of confectionery (further - object), establish sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to activities of these facilities for production of confectionery which non-compliance creates threat of life or to health of the person, and also origin and spread of diseases.

2. Production of confectionery (further - products) is performed according to these Health regulations, technical regulations existing in the field of safety of food products and other regulatory legal acts.

3. In these Health regulations the following terms and determinations are used:

1) bactericidal lamp - the radiator of ultraviolet rays which is used for disinfecting of air in production rooms;

2) dezh - reservoir for mixing;

3) accounting number - the code including type of activity and number of object of production;

4) fruit and berry puree - the wiped fruit pulp;

22) sanitary day - specially allotted time (once a month suffices) for carrying out clear-out of rooms, washes of the equipment and stock, if necessary - disinfection, disinsections, deratization;

23) sanitary marriage - the change of organoleptic and consumer properties of product which arose owing to violations during technological transaction, transportation and warehousing, resulting in impossibility of its use for the intended purpose;

24) stuffing - the confectionery component prepared from one type or mix of several types of raw materials, which had training for production and placed inside or on surface of test semifinished product at stage of cutting or after pastries;

25) the commodity neighbourhood - the conditions excluding the joint storage and realization of crude and ready-made products preventing their pollution and penetration of the foreign smells affecting goods quality;

26) perishable foodstuff - the foodstuff requiring special conditions of transportation, storage and realization in strictly regulated terms;
