About increase in level of social protection of the most vulnerable segments of the population

For the purpose of implementation since 2012 of actions for increase in level of social protection of the most vulnerable segments of the population, step-by-step till 2015, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the sizes of pensions to persons with disability owing to war estimated according to Article 27 and part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", to articles 13 and 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" taking into account indexation of pension on the coefficient of increase in indicator of the average salary (income) in Ukraine determined annually by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with which insurance premiums and which is considered for calculation of pension are paid increase by 25 percent.

Increase in the sizes of pensions is performed without stipulated by the legislation allowances, increases, additional pension, the target monetary assistance, pension for special merits in front of Ukraine, surcharges to allowances to separate categories of persons which have special merits before the Homeland and other pension supplements.

2. Determine that to persons having the right to provision of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", the minimum size of the pension granted according to the specified Law:

1) it is for long service established in the amount of the subsistence minimum established by the law for persons which lost working capacity;

2) on disability cannot be lower:

to persons with disability owing to war from among soldiers and sailors of conscription service of the I group - 120 percent, the II groups - 110, III groups - 105 percent of the subsistence minimum established by the law for persons which lost working capacity;
