1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting theological examination (dalee-Pravila).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2007 No. 70 "About approval of Rules of conducting theological examination" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 2, the Art. 30);

2) Item of 7 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2010 No. 252 "About some questions of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, Art. No. 25-26, 198);

3) Item of 2 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 1, 2011 No. 888 "Questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for religions".

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
