About modification of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning provision to candidates and doctors of science of draft deferment for compulsory military service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the thirteenth article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (2006, No. 38, the Art. 324) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the tenth such content:

"to persons who have scientific degree of the candidate (doctor) of sciences and work at positions in the specialty according to group of specialties of field of science on which scientific degree, for the entire period of their work on this specialty is awarded".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force by this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
