About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of activities of the National Bank of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, the Art. 238):

1) in part three of Article 20 of the word of "representatives of National Bank" shall be replaced with words "representatives of National Bank or which have shares (shares, shares) belonging to the state";

Part one of Article 42 to add 2) with Item 8-1 of such content:

Part the second Article 71 to add 5) with item 4 of such content:

"4) productive activity of Banknote mint, factory of banknote paper and treasury of Ukraine which is performed according to the provisions approved by Board of National Bank".

2.
