About modification of article 4-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" concerning decisions of representative local government bodies

The paragraph the fifth parts one of article 4-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483; 2010, No. 13, Art. 128; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of November 3, 2011 No. 3993VI and of December 9, 2011 to state No. 4154-VI) in such edition:
"The representative local government body considers and makes at plenary meetings decisions concerning issue, renewal, issue of duplicates, cancellation or refusal in issue of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity within a month from the date of obtaining from the subject of managing of the corresponding statement".
