1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of Ukraine of 27.12.2013 No. 2998.
2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of Ukraine of 29.04.2014 No. 578.
3. Bring in Regulations on order of registration of release of hypothecation certificates which are issued in undocumented form, information on their release and the report on results of release of hypothecation certificates, approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 21.03.2006 No. 187, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.04.2006 for No. 451/12325, such changes:
3.1. To add the subitem "v" of Item 3.1 of Chapter 3 with words ", except case when society acts on the basis of the model charter".
