About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and recognition No. 759 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2009

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2009 No. 759 "About approval of the Order of registration of the project declaration" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 55, the Art. 1907).

3. To provide to the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing together with the Ministry of Justice and Public service concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship in three-months time reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1995 No. 244 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for imposing of penalties for offenses in the field of town planning" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 7, Art. 164; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998 No. 14 of Art. 546; 2000, No. 12, Art. 457; 2002, No. 42, Art. 1933; 2007, No. 74, Art. 2759; 2012, No. 3, Art. 85):

1) in the resolution:

in the name of the resolution of the word "Regulations on Procedure" and "town planning" shall be replaced with words "Procedure" and "town-planning activities";
