About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2006 No. 396

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2006 N 396 "About requirements to automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of anhydrous alcohol in finished goods, amount of finished goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 27, by Art. 2941; 2007, N 5, Art. 670; N 43, of Art. 5211; 2009, N 4, Art. 505; 2010, N 12, Art. 1335).
2. Determine that the requirements to automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of anhydrous alcohol in finished goods, amount of finished goods approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2006 N 396, are applied to production of beer and beer drinks since January 1, 2013.
