1. Make changes to the Instruction about procedure for control of transactions on acquisition or transfer of fixed assets by subjects of natural monopolies approved by Committee on demonopolization and development of the competition under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 22, 2000 No. 2 (рег. No. 913 of March 27, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 6), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
