About approval of the Procedure for consideration of requests for public information which arrived in Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine
In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 05, 2011 I ORDER to No. 547 "Questions of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information":
1. Approve the Procedure for consideration of the requests for public information which arrived in Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To heads of structural divisions of central office of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources within competence to submit to Department of interaction from media and public relations within week term (Kulik O. F.) information of rather most standard questions on requests for public information for its placement on the website of the Ministry.
3. To department of interaction from media and public relations (Kulik O. F.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Romanov M. I.
