The administrator of republican budget programs in case of development of the republican budget together with the draft of the strategic plan and the budget request represents to the central authorized body on budgetary planning the offer on rendering the state services or implementation of budget investment projects in the form of the state task.

5. The offer is provided in form according to appendix to these rules and shall contain:

1) name of the state service or budget investment project;
