About approval of the Comprehensive plan on increase in level of legal culture of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2012 - 2014
For the purpose of further increase in level of legal culture, enhancement of forms and methods of right explanatory work, increase in efficiency of legal training and education of citizens the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Comprehensive plan on increase in level of legal culture of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2012-2014 (further - the Plan).
2. To local executive bodies to develop regional comprehensive plans on increase in level of legal culture of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the central and local executive bodies, state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval):
1) to take measures for implementation of the Plan;
To represent 2) following the results of half-year and year, no later than July 10 and on January 10, to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the course of implementation of the Plan.
4. No later than July 20 and on January 20 to provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan following the results of half-year and year in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the course of implementation of the Plan.
5. Control and coordination on ensuring accomplishment of the Plan to assign to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
