About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2006 No. 143
Based on paragraph two of subitem 4.68-2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2006 No. 143 "On regulation of depository activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 8/15494; No. 302, 8/17621; 2008, No. 235, 8/19501; 2011, No. 62, 8/23691) following amendments and changes:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure of the depository activity approved by this resolution:
1.1.1. add Item 25 with part two of the following content:
"The documents submitted to depositary for implementation of depository operations, issued, constituted outside the Republic of Belarus according to the legislation of foreign states if other is not provided by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, shall be legalized in diplomatic representations or consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus and are translated into the Russian (Belarusian) language (fidelity of transfer or authenticity of the signature of the translator shall be certified notarially by either diplomatic or consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus).";
