These rules of maintaining the Register of suppliers of the state social order (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 4) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2005 "About the state social order" and determine procedure for maintaining the Register of suppliers of the state social order.
2. The register of suppliers of the state social order is kept by authorized body in the field of the state social order (further - authorized body) in the state and Russian languages in electronic form and is placed on Internet resource of www.mk.gov.kz authorized body.
