These rules of implementation of monitoring of implementation of the state social order (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2005 "About the state social order" and determine procedure authorized body of monitoring of activities of state bodies for implementation of the state social order.
2. Monitoring is performed by authorized body for the purpose of acceptance of timely and operational measures on ensuring effective implementation of socially important projects within the state social order.
