Regulations of number of animals

1. General provisions

1. These rules of regulation of number of animals (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" and determine procedure for regulation of number of animals.

2. Procedure for regulation of number of animals

2. Regulation of number of animals is performed on the following bases:

1) emergence of threat of infection or disease of the population, agricultural and pets diseases which carriers are fauna objects;

2) emergence of threat of significant damage to economy;

3) the violation of the developed natural balance of fauna in the environment of their dwelling which led to reducing number of its separate types and other negative effects;

4) emergence of threat of violation hydrochemical and other modes of reservoirs and (or) sites which can lead to zamor.
