1. These rules of performing obligatory medical examinations (further - Rules) determine procedure and frequency of performing obligatory medical examinations.
2. Obligatory medical examinations are subdivided on preliminary and periodic.

Preliminary obligatory medical examinations are performed in case of revenues to work or study for the purpose of clarification of suitability to accomplishment of obligations by profession or study, and also preventions of general, professional and non-proliferation of infectious and parasitic diseases.
