For the purpose of implementation of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of Eurasian economic community of November 27, 2009 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" and according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 130

1. Approve the enclosed amount of reed raw sugar without the vkuso-aromatic or painting additives (the FEACN CU codes 1701 13, 1701 14) (further - raw sugar) which import is performed without payment of customs duties in customs procedure of release for internal consumption on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for 2012.

2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to perform issue of permissions in the form approved by the Agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009 within the approved amount in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the companies - producers of sugar which list is specified in appendix to this resolution, or suppliers of raw sugar based on the contract with the specified companies - producers of sugar, about purpose of the imported raw sugar.

3. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to perform customs declaring and collection of customs duties from import of raw sugar imported in customs procedure of release for internal consumption:
