About approval of the Regulations on the organizations of health care performing activities in the field of service of blood

According to article 32 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the organizations of health care performing activities in the field of service of blood.

2. To department of the organization of medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tulegaliyeva A. G.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to department of legal service and public procurements of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tulebayev G. S.) official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bayzhunusov E. A.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
