1. In paragraph one of part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, 384) words" (except debt issued securities which issuer is the acquirer, and bills of exchange)" shall be replaced with words Art. No. 50-51, "(except debt issued securities which issuer is the acquirer, and bills of exchange, except for government bonds which exchange on the share of National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" in the cases provided by the law)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
