I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Civil code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356):
Part the second articles 36 after words "toxic substances" to add 1) with words "gamblings";
Part the second articles 38 after words "toxic substances" to add 2) with words "gamblings".
2. Part one of Article 238 of the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine (2004, Art. No. No. 40-42, 492) after words "toxic substances" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with words "gamblings".
ІІ. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
