About approval of Changes to the Instruction on the organization of transportation of currency values and collection of means in bank institutions in Ukraine
According to articles 7 and 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and in pursuance of requirements of Item 3 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 3024-VI "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of activities of banks" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values in bank institutions in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In the title and Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 14.02.2007 No. 45 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of transportation of currency values and collection of means in bank institutions in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.03.2007 for No. 181/13448 (with changes), words of "transportation of currency values and collection of means" shall be replaced with words "collections of means and transportation of currency values".
