About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Road fund"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Road fund" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 321) the following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 2:
in part 1:
- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-charges for weighing and measurement of the maximum sizes and other linear parameters, lump and axial loadings of vehicles;";
exclude part 3.
2. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Charges for the omission of vehicles with particular and non divisible load and for measurement of weight and dimensional parameters of vehicles
Receipts from charges for the omission of vehicles with particular and non divisible load on highways public, and also for weighing and measurement of the maximum sizes and other linear parameters, lump and axial loadings of vehicles after their introduction in accordance with the established procedure go to Road fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The procedure for collection, distribution and the amount of charges affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. In Article 7 of the word "are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and affirm Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
