1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 19.04.2004 No. 166 "About export from Ukraine and import to Ukraine of cash hryvnias", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 18.05.2004 for No. 629/9228, the following changes:
1.1. Add the resolution after item 4 with new Item of the following content:
"5. Permit authorized banks in connection with preparation and carrying out final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer in Ukraine till September 1, 2012 to sell to foreign corresponding banks cash hryvnias for their export from Ukraine without restriction on the amounts and without special permission of the National Bank of Ukraine to export for borders of Ukraine of currency of Ukraine.
The authorized bank performs sale and export of cash hryvnias out of limits of Ukraine based on the agreement (agreement) with foreign corresponding bank which provides sale of cash hryvnias to it on foreign currency of the 1st group of the Qualifier which is transferred by this bank into the correspondent account of authorized bank opened in the corresponding currency in foreign bank.
