About approval of Rules of creation, giving and consideration of the request for registration and provision of right to use by traditional knowledge and requests for right to use provision by already registered traditional knowledge

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of traditional knowledge" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Rules of creation, giving and consideration of the request for registration and provision of right to use by traditional knowledge and requests for right to use provision by already registered traditional knowledge according to appendix 1;

- Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 17.01.2024 No. 12

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Rules of creation, giving and consideration of the request for registration and provision of right to use by traditional knowledge and requests for right to use provision by already registered traditional knowledge
