About measures for enhancement of provision of pensions of citizens

For the purpose of increase in level of provision of pensions of citizens and optimization of pension expenses:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of further work without receipt of national pension after acquisition of right to old-age pension in accordance with general practice (article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" (Vedamastsi Vyarkhochnaga Saveta Respubl, to, Belarus, 1992, No. 17, of the Art. 275) the size of old-age pension increases:

on 6, 8, 10 and 12 percent of the earnings accepted for calculation of pension, respectively for everyone complete the first, second, third and fourth of work for 14 percent of such earnings - for complete fifth and each next year of work. The specified amount of increase in pension is summed up among themselves;

for 1 percent of the earnings accepted for calculation of pension - for each complete two months of incomplete year of work. This amount of increase in pension is summed up with the amount of increase in pension provided in the paragraph the second this subitem.
