About modification of the Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states and of the Regulations on procedure for licensing in the Russian Federation of import and export of military products, approved by the presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062

For the purpose of further enhancement of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states I decide:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states and in Regulations on procedure for licensing in the Russian Federation of import and export of military products, the "Questions of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 N 1062 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 38, Art. 3800; 2007, N 52, Art. 6425; 2008, N 49, Art. 5764; N 50, of Art. 5901; 2009, N 42, Art. 4917; N 50, of Art. 6074; 2011, N 21, Art. 2925; N 31, of Art. 4708; N 44, of Art. 6241; N 48, of Art. 6881; N 49, of Art. 7264; 2012, N 3, Art. 405), following changes:

a) in Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states:

"Spare parts supplies, aggregates, nodes, devices, components, special, educational and auxiliary property, technical documentation to earlier delivered military products, the data which are carriers being the state secret are performed based on the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation providing deliveries of such products to foreign states provided that the data containing in products planned to delivery were resolved for transfer to the same foreign states by earlier made decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation and it is confirmed with the public authority given authority according to the order the data which are the state secret.";
