About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2007 No. 1301 "About approval of Rules of implementation of public procurements"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2007 No. 1301 "About approval of Rules of implementation of public procurements" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 49, the Art. 600) the following amendments:

in Rules of implementation of the public procurements approved by the specified resolution:

in the Section "9. Special procedure of public procurements by tender method":

in the subsection "Special Procedure of Public Procurements of the Services Provided by the State Social Order":

add with Items 305-1 and 305-2 of the following content:

"305-1. In case of public procurements of services in implementation of the state social order for the term more than one financial year except the requirements provided by the Law and these rules, the tender documentation shall contain the following data:

1) description and requirements to material and technical resources of the potential supplier and qualification of his employees;

2) information on the number of physical persons and (or) legal entities who will be covered by services.

305-2. By consideration of bids on carrying out public procurements of services in implementation of the state social order for the term more than one financial year the tender committee rejects the bid if the bid of the potential supplier does not conform to the requirements of the tender documentation including specified in Item 305-1 of these rules.";
