In the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources of September 7, 2004 No. 72-P-a "About approval of Rules of accomplishment of land management works in the Republic of Kazakhstan on designing of intereconomic land management by training and streamlining existing land use, branch and to establishment of borders of the parcels of land on the area" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3148, published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of August 9, 2005, No. 144 (878)) to make the following change:
in Rules of accomplishment of land management works in the Republic of Kazakhstan on designing of intereconomic land management by training and streamlining existing land use, branch and to establishment of borders of the parcels of land on the area approved by the specified order:

"2. The land management works which are carried out according to the decision of executive bodies or according to the petition of the interested owners of the parcels of land or land users are performed based on the agreement signed with the citizens or legal entities performing land management works (further - the Land surveyor).
The land management works which are carried out according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies are performed at the expense of means of the republican and local budget.
Land management works on statements of the interested owners of the parcels of land and land users are performed at the expense of their means.".
