About formation of territorial authorities of the State agency of forest resources and introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of the State agency of forest resources according to appendix by transformation of the relevant territorial authorities of the State committee of forestry.

Determine that territorial authorities of the State committee of forestry which turn continue to carry out the powers before transfer of such powers to territorial authorities which are formed according to paragraph one of this Item.

2. Make changes to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, are applied.
