About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Ct.I. - In Article 720 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 82-86, of the Art. 661), with subsequent changes:

part (to recognize 3) invalid;

part (to state 5) in the following edition:

"(5) Provisions of this Chapter are applied to the agreements signed with consumers in that measure in which do not contradict requirements of the special law, and are not applied to agreements in the field of labor right, inheritance, law of domestic relations and to commercial societies.".

Art. II. - In the Marine life protection act of the rights of consumers No. 105-XV of March 13, 2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 176181, of the Art. 513) to make the following changes:

1. In article 1 to exclude the concept "agreement of accession".

2. State Article 5 in the following edition:

"Article 5. Illegal conditions

According to provisions of the Law on illegal conditions in the agreements signed with consumers inclusion by businessmen of illegal conditions in such agreements is forbidden.".

Art. III. - In Article 245 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 111115, the Art. 451), with subsequent changes:
