According to the Laws of Ukraine "About power industry", "About natural monopolies" and Regulations on the National commission of the regulation of power industry of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.03.95 of N213 (with changes), the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Paragraph one of Item 2.4 of the Conditions and Rules of implementation of business activity on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate approved by the resolution NKRE of 13.06.96 of N 15/1, Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 08.08.96 for N 433/1458, to state in the following edition:
"2.4. The licensee shall provide activities in the fixed territory (the regional market) on non-discriminatory conditions.".
2. To provide to management of licensing submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
