1. Approve the enclosed Terms for crediting regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on assistance to development of entrepreneurship in the village for 2012 within the Program of employment 2020.

2. To local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty within ten calendar days after acceptance by the relevant maslikhats of the decisions providing the corresponding receipts in regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty for 2012 to provide the specified decisions of maslikhats in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministries of Finance, work and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) the conclusion of credit agreements with local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty;

2) control of target use and timely return of budget credits to the republican budget.

4. To local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty quarterly, no later than the 10th following the accounting period to provide information on development of the credits in the Ministries of Finance and work and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan monitoring of development of the budget credits allocated on assistance to development of entrepreneurship in the village for 2012 within the Program of employment 2020.
