About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About administrative supervision of activities of municipalities"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About administrative supervision of activities of municipalities" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 6, Article 268; 2006, No. 2, Article 67; 2009, No. 4, Article 213) to make the following changes:

1. add with Article 3.3 of the following content:

"3.3. Results of consideration of activities of municipalities according to the procedure of administrative supervision appear municipality to the population and are placed on special boards before the municipality building.";

2. Add with Article 6.0.8 of the following content:

"6.0.8. decisions on discussion at meetings of municipality of offers and recommendations of the body exercising administrative supervision of activities of municipality in connection with ensuring compliance with the principles of legality.";

3. State Article 7.2 in the following edition:

"7.2. The body of administrative supervision considers the address within 15 days from the moment of its receipt, and in need of additional trial, - within 30 days. If establishment of circumstances, significant for production on administrative supervision, requires time over the term provided by this Article, then production term on administrative supervision can be extended by body of administrative supervision for 30 days. Aggregate term of production on administrative supervision cannot exceed 60 days. The body of administrative supervision notifies the applicant on prolongation of term within three days. The body of administrative supervision shall prove the circumstances which entailed prolongation of term.".
