About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the standard charter of municipality"

1. In the second paragraph of Item "Constants and other commissions of municipality" of the Section IV after the words "on meeting or" to add 2 parts with the words "according to the decision of municipality";

2. To state the second part of the Section VI in the following edition:

"The acts of municipality which became effective according to the procedure, provided by the relevant law, appear to the population and are placed on special boards before the municipality building.";

3. To state the fifth and sixth parts of the Section VIII in the following edition: "The decision of municipality to the member of municipality performing the powers on permanent basis annually at the expense of the local budget issues benefit for treatment and rest in single size of its average monthly salary.

To the members of municipality performing the powers on permanent basis and not to the elite for repeated term after term of office, the decision of municipality within two months issues benefit in double size of their average monthly salary.".
