In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2008 to No. 1162 "About approval of qualification requirements to heads and deputy managers of state bodies in the field of use of nuclear energy, the treatment of radioactive waste and bodies of state regulation of nuclear and radiation safety", for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of holding examination of regulations, rules and standards on nuclear and radiation safety I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for test of knowledge of rules, regulations and standards on nuclear and radiation safety which is applied.

2. Perform to the State agency of Ukraine on management of exclusion zone examination of rules, regulations and standards on nuclear and radiation safety.

3. To the state agency of Ukraine on management of exclusion zone (Holosha V. I.) together with Legal support division (Povoroznik R. R.) to provide this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
