RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of March 7, 2012 No. 181

About approval of the list of construction objects, reconstruction, capital and running repair of highways public of the state and local value and amounts of their financing in 2012 on the credits attracted under the state guarantees

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of construction objects, reconstruction, capital and running repair of highways public of the state and local value and amounts of their financing in 2012 on the credits attracted under the state guarantees according to appendix.

2. Financing of construction objects, reconstruction, capital and running repair of highways public of the state and local value is performed according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 8, 2011 No. 763 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 61, the Art. 2451) taking into account amount of the works which are actually performed in 2011.

3. Grant to the State agency of highways the right on:

approval in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the project documentation concerning objects which list is approved by this resolution, irrespective of their estimated cost;

approval in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of titles of such objects;

implementation in coordination with the Ministry of infrastructure in case of need funds redistributions within the total amounts of financing approved by this resolution.

4. Permit the State agency of highways to perform works on objects which list is approved by this resolution it agrees the project documentation approved before adoption of this resolution.

5. Determine that item 4 of the Approval procedure of construction projects and the conducting their examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 41, the Art. 1674), and Item 19 of the Approval procedure of titles of structures (objects) which construction is performed with attraction of budgetary funds or means of the companies of state-owned property, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 8, 1997 No. 995 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 37, page 17; 2008, No. 34, Art. 1147), are applied in 2012 taking into account the conditions determined by Items 3 and 4 of this resolution.
