1. Determine that the Ministry of Finance and the Department of Energy perform functions of the authorized bodies of the Government of the Republic of Belarus responsible for implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation about provision to the Government of the Republic of Belarus of the public export loan for construction of nuclear power plant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 (further - the Agreement), according to their competence.
2. Provide to Belvneshekonombank open joint stock company of power on servicing of the public export loan granted by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the Agreement (further - the credit).
3. To the Ministry of Finance:
3.1. perform interest payment, principal debt, the commissions for servicing of letters of credit, and also other payments on the credit at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on current and the subsequent financial years for servicing and repayment of external public debt;
