About modification of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" concerning objects of engineering infrastructure of water economy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 228 with subsequent changes) after the paragraph of the eighth to add part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine with the new paragraph of such content:

"objects of engineering infrastructure of water, sewer economy which are connected with delivery to consumers of water, assignment and sewage treatment, and also improvements of settlements (including elements of improvement and the relevant networks, constructions, the equipment), on condition of provision by relevant organs of local self-government of the obligation not to alienate this property in private property and to provide its use on purpose".
