About modification of the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of 10.06.2008 No. 447

1. Make to the section XV of the Instruction on payment of cash cover to faces of the private and the commanding structure of bodies and divisions of the civil protection approved by the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine of June 10, 2008 No. 447, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on July 07, 2008 for No. 612/15303 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. Items 15. 15.4 to state 3, in such edition:
"15.3. The one-time benefit in the amount of 50 percent of monthly cash cover for each complete calendar year of service is paid to faces of the private and the commanding structure which leave from service for health reasons.
15.4. To faces of the private and the commanding structure which leave from service on age in connection with staff reduction or holding organizational actions, the termination of term of the contract, systematic failure to carry out of terms of the contract the management of relevant organ of management (division), in the presence of period of service of 10 years and more pays one-time benefit in the amount of 50 percent of monthly cash cover for each complete calendar year of service.".
