About introduction of amendments to the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 30.01.2007 No. 3-1
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 09.12.2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 30.01.2007 No. 31 "About approval of the Procedure for representation and document creation for purpose (recalculation) of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", such change registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.02.2007 for No. 135/13402,:
in preamble of the word and figures "Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 01.03.2001 No. 121" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Item 11 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 384";
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for representation and document creation for purpose (recalculation) of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service, and some other persons", approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 30.01.2007 No. 3-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.02.2007 for No. 135/13402, which are applied.
3. To legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtseva T. B.) provide this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
