According to articles 17 and 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" and for the purpose of implementation by working bodies of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of recalculation since March 01, 2012 of monthly insurance payments to the victims (members of their families) board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Procedure for appointment, recalculation and carrying out insurance payments approved by the resolution of board of Fund of 27.04.2007 No. 24, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.06.2007 for No. 715/13982 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. In Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 figures and the words "25.08.2004 No. 1112 " some questions of investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production " (dalshepostanovleny KMU No. 1112)" to replace with figures and the words "30.11.2011 No. 1232 " some questions of investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production " (dalshepostanovleny KMU No. 1232)".
1.2. In Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 of figure "1112" to replace with figures "1232".
1.3. To add the subitem 2 of Item 3.1 of Chapter 3 and the subitem 3 of Item 6.1 of Chapter 6 with words and figure "the conclusion in form T - 1 (if such it was constituted)".
1.4. Third subitem 6.4.2 of Item 6.4 of Chapter 6 to add paragraph two of subitem 3.8.2 of Item 3.8 of Chapter 3 and the paragraph with words and figures "in 2012 - 1,176".
