About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prohibition of advertizing, sponsorship and sales promotion of tobacco products

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):
To add 1) with Article 156-3 of such content:
"Article 156-3. Violation of the requirements established by the legislation concerning prohibition of advertizing and sponsorship of tobacco products
Advertizing, and also any other activities for advertizing of tobacco products, signs for goods and services, other objects of intellectual property right under which tobacco products, with violation of requirements of the current legislation about advertizing are issued
involves imposing of penalty on citizens from five to ten free minima income of citizens and on officials of the advertiser and/or the distributor of advertizing - from hundred to two hundred fifty free minima income of citizens.
Advertizing of any goods or services (except advertizing of tobacco products) which contains the image of tobacco products or process of smoking of tobacco products,
involves imposing of penalty on officials of the advertiser and/or the distributor of advertizing from hundred to two hundred fifty free minima income of citizens.
Sponsoring of any actions with use of signs for goods and services, other objects of intellectual property right under which tobacco products, with violation of requirements of the current legislation about advertizing are issued
involves imposing of penalty on officials of the advertiser and/or the distributor of advertizing from hundred to two hundred fifty free minima income of citizens.
