Bring in Item 3 of Rules of expenditure of funds for actions for deportation or administrative expulsion of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship out of limits of the Russian Federation in case of impossibility of establishment of inviting party approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2002 N 769 (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 43, Art. 4275; 2004, N 52, Art. 5501; 2008, N 14, Art. 1412), following changes:

a) in the subitem "an" of the word of "law-enforcement body" shall be replaced with words "territorial authority of Federal Bailiff Service";

b) state the subitem "b" in the following edition:

"b) on content of the foreign citizen (stateless person) in specially allotted premises of the border service before execution of the decision on administrative expulsion;".

2. The subitem "b" of Item 1 of this resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2012.
