About modification of the Regulations on Federal Forestry Agency

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Add the Regulations on Federal Forestry Agency approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2010 N 736 "About Federal Forestry Agency" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 40, Art. 5068; 2011, N 41, Art. 5740), subitem 5.4.29 of the following content:

2. Realization of the power established according to Item 1 of this resolution is performed in the limits set by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation of number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Forestry Agency, and also the budgetary appropriations provided to the Agency in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
