About preferential ensuring separate categories of citizens with medicines

For the purpose of additional social support on ensuring separate categories of citizens with medicines I decide:

1. Grant the right:

to children under three years on free providing with the medicines issued according to recipes of doctors within the list of the main medicines according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Belarus;

to the citizens who are disabled people of III group except persons whose preferential providing with medicines is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 147, 2/1336) and also persons whose disability was caused by illegal actions, because of alcoholic, drug, toxic intoxication, mutilation, on 50 percent discount from the cost of the medicines issued according to recipes of doctors within the list of the main medicines according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Belarus, for treatment of the disease which resulted in disability.

2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective since April 1, 2012, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective after official publication of this Decree.
